About Us

Upon graduating from the University of Florida with a BS, Mr. Duggan began his professional career in commercial construction as a Project Manager for the Vernon James and Paul Smith Company, an apartment and condominium developer in Texas. After several years, Ed accepted a position as Project Manager for a national commercial developer, HSW Investments, and quickly advanced to Senior Project Manager. His responsibilities included the development of 2.8 million square feet of commercial retail shopping centers in Florida, Arizona, Nevada and California, where he acquired extensive knowledge in all aspects of the commercial construction industry, including building retail shopping centers, restaurants, retail tenant improvements, offices, industrial facilities and design build projects.

Mr. Duggan then established and operated his own commercial construction company in 1989. He has invaluable experience to offer his clients in all phases of project management. He prides himself on his acute organizational skills both in the field and office, which equates to smooth running projects from start to finish. As a business person, he understanding the needs of his clients and what is takes to process their projects through the public agencies; as well as being aware that time is money, so staying on schedule and within budget is crucial.
